Description:

The EZCard application integrates a distinctive feature - a vaccination card function. Upon authentication with an ID, users are presented not only with their registered COVID certificates but also with a comprehensive list of all recorded vaccinations (both mandatory and optional) as of January 1, 2023. This information extends to the registered vaccinations of individuals up to 18 years old and those conferred authorization by the user. Moreover, users have the convenience of producing a vaccination card in PDF format directly from the application, enabling easy sharing with medical professionals. Notably, the COVID certificate functionality previously available in the Tečka application has been seamlessly transitioned to the EZCard application.

Key features of the EZCard application include:
<ul>
 <li>eGovernment login - NIA, Citizen Portal login gov.cz, offering a streamlined process such as utilizing bank identity for authentication.</li>
 <li>Retrieval of recorded vaccinations and COVID certificates from the Ministry of Health's server.</li>
 <li>Access to registered vaccinations and COVID certificates for individuals under legal guardianship (youth under 18 years old and authorized individuals).</li>
 <li>Capability to generate a vaccination certificate in PDF format for sharing with healthcare providers.</li>
 <li>Display of certificates along with a validity assessment consistent with Czech Republic's validation regulations.</li>
</ul>

The operation of the EZCard application complies with Czech Republic's legislation or consent granted by the registered individual, enabling citizens to avail themselves of e-health services effectively.
